1. Orders, Payments and Returns.
We are happy to provide you with a quote for any quantity of any item in this catalogue. There is no minimum order quantity, but a handling charge is levied for orders less than R3000.
If you are ready to place an order, we will need the following information:
- The product item code
- Colour
- Quantity per size
- Any artwork/logos for branding, in vector format.
We will the supply you with a comprehensive quotation, and if you want to place an order, we will request a 50% deposit.
You can also come into the shop (see Contact Us) to place the order and either email proof of payment, or pay in-store.

Please Note: Until we receive the proof of payment, we will not action your order.
Please Note: We do not carry any stock in-store. All orders are sourced from the Barron's warehouses, and items cannot be purchased at our shop.
Goods can only be returned in the original condition and packaging, with the Tax Invoice.
A 20% handling fee will be charged on goods returned within 5 working days, unless the order is exchanged or replaced. A 50% handling fee will be charged after 5 working days, and no goods returned will be accepted after 1 month (30 days).
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO REASON WILL BRANDED GOODS BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS.
2. Samples.
Samples must be paid for in full and returned within 5 working days in its original condition and packing, with a Tax Invoice for an 80% refund.
3. Shortages on Orders.
From time to time customers report shortages on orders. However, all orders have a system generated weight which is manually cross-checked before dispatch. The order is again weighed by Security before leaving the premises, and this weight can be found on all invoices. For this reason we do not accept reports of shortages on orders.
4. Alterations.
We have a fully functional sewing centre to cut and sew pockets onto garments. We can downsize garments, sew on cuffs, relabel garments,etc. In all cases the customer is liable for the cost of the garments and an alteration charge.
5. Branding.
We have various forms of branding available: sewing, printing, laser engraving, domed stickers, etc.
Orders less than R3000.
If an order is less than R3000 (incl VAT), there will be a handling fee of R300 (incl VAT).
